How we are working during COVID-19

The Office will be open Monday to Friday 0730 to 1600

 

Account & Regular Customers:

Please can you endeavour to ring or email with your requirements – we need to have the paperwork prepared. If you need anything outside these hours please do so by appointment.

 

New Customers

 Please email your requests (if you ring you will still need to do the following) and provide:

 

  1. Your full name
  2. Your full address
  3. A scan of an identity – utility bill or photo id (the name and address must be the same)
  4. Site Address of where the item is going
  5. Email
  6. Phone Numbers

 

The above will ensure that there is minimal contact on collection or delivery

 

Procedures

 

  1. You must declare if you /or any one has been exposed to COVID19 – we all have a responsibility to ensure we do our best to stop the spread.
  2. Collection / Off hire at Unit 21, Olympus Business Park, Kingsteignton on day agreed
  3. Please endeavour to bring someone if you will need help loading and /or loading
  4. Please do not enter the office – stay behind the barriers (the outside ones). We will come out to you.
  5. If you are a new customer please display your ID.
  6. The item will be placed in the neutral zone – the touch areas will be sprayed with Anti Viral spray.
  7. On off hire please ensure all machines are wiped down (with a detergent based solution at worst)  before taken off site and again when you arrive at our unit on the touch areas.
  8. Please note that it is the customer’s responsibility to ensure that thy are following the Government guidelines in making the booking.

 

Olympus Delivery/Collection

 

We are only able to offer a kerb side delivery / collection (unless specifically pre-agreed). On off hire please ensure all machines are wiped down (with a detergent based solution at worst) – you will be required to make a declaration that this has been done.
